1. Curtain length with be in accordance with our measuring guide, which is available in our shop.
2. Taylor Rowe Soft Furnishings Ltd, recommends that all fabric products be dry cleaned. Any damage/shrinkage caused by cleaning will be the fabric supplier's responsibility and any compensation will be at their discretion. 3. Taylor Rowe Soft Furnishings Ltd cannot be held responsible for any defects in the walls or plasterboards when fitting the order. Any wear or failure in the walls resulting from this is the homeowners responsibility. 4. When taking your own measurements, we cannot be held responsible for any errors in your calculations. There will be a charge for any alterations required due to customers errors. 5. Curtain colour may vary at windows during the day when light from the outside shines through, especially with light fabrics. 6. Fabric colours in our gallery may vary depending on your screen settings so please request a sample of the fabric as a more realistic guide to the colour and texture by emailing us. 7. Legs are an integral part of the upholstery orders so please state style, colour and size upon ordering. 8. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. 50% payable on confirmation of order with the balance payable on completion. 9. After 10 days if the customer cancels their order they will be responsible for paying the full amount owed. This is due to each order being specially made to individual sizes and colours. These orders cannot therefore be sold. |
